Karin Trombley has been an accounting professional since 2003. Her experience includes business administration, financial statement preparation, custom reporting, multi-state payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash-flow management, human resources, budgeting, sales tax, 401k administration, and insurance policy management. She has a passion for numbers and reporting.

Karin has worked as a freelance bookkeeper throughout her professional life. In her early career, Karin worked her way up from Accounts Payable Clerk to Financial Controller for a busy manufacturing company. There, she created efficiencies and reduced costs. She helped the company grow by automating the time tracking and payroll system, establishing and managing a dedicated team of Accounting and HR professionals, and building culture and camaraderie.

Karin received her Bachelor of Science degree from Salem State University, with a concentration in Business Management. She loves to volunteer and has served as PTO Treasurer and Librarian for her children’s school, as well as co-leading two Girl Scout troops. She is also a certified yoga instructor.
